Ky-Mani Marley was born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is one of greatest and most rich Reggae Singers. He was a part of the iconic film Shottas opposite another singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records in 1996 where he released his first album Like Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles including Judge Not with Patra as well as Dear Dad (which reached the top of the British Reggae Charts) as well as the Who the Cap Fit Remix and Sensimelia. The majority of these songs contributed to the rising popularity of Ky among the young generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell of Fugees to cover Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant. The song became a massive hit in 1997. Marley became the first performer to perform at Midem in Miami the world's largest showcase of musical talent. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live across 36 countries.
